Road Trip Music Festival

Your road trip playlist comes to life at the first-ever RoadTrip Music Festival, taking over downtown Kingston on Saturday, September 12, 2026. Enjoy a full day of live music, with free performances along Princess Street from 10:00 AM to 5:50 PM, followed by a ticketed evening concert at Springer Market Square starting at 6:30 PM. The lineup features an incredible mix of talent, including Peach Pit, Gabriel Jacoby, Kasador, Katie Tupper, Mariel Buckley, Absolute Treat, Tiny Horse, Piner, and O Green. Kingston Penitentiary

For close to 200 years, it has loomed on the Canadian waterfront, dark and mysterious — the stuff of legends. Home to some of the country’s most notorious criminals, it housed thieves and murderers whose names were splashed across every newspaper in the country.
